Do you offer returns or refunds?
Due to products being made to order, we don’t accept returns or size/color exchanges.
If your order is returned due to carrier error or an invalid address, we will offer to reship the order.
Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If your products arrive damaged or defective, you can request a replacement or ask for a refund within 30 days of product delivery. Photographic proof may be required.
Please contact us at marketing@answerfirst.com with photos of wrong/damaged items.
Claims regarding orders that haven’t been received must be submitted within 30 days after the expected delivery timeframe.
Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?
At this time, we don't offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section.
